Contributing to incoming mobility of researchers, ICEIM-MANU brings Swedish University professor of Macedonian origin, Ilija Katardziev to hold a lecture at the annual open scientific forum at the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts. The title of the lecture reads “Horizons of Microelectronics.”

The Research Center for Energy, Informatics and Materials of the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts held its third annual open forum for science on Monday, November 13, 2006.  The forum titled “Shadows and Challenges to Science” was an acknowledgment to the World Science Day. 

Professor Ilija Katardziev from Uppsala University in Sweden held the main lecture and the topic of his presentation was “Horizons of Microelectronics.”  The forum’s focus was to present the new developments in science and technology and to bring awareness of the possible drawbacks and misuses of science in society.
