Subjects of the research are: curriculum, learning process, class management, encouragement of student creative potential, teacher training and family-school collaboration. Research on learning process and conditions for achieving quality of knowledge in sciences and social disciplines in primary and secondary school comprises following issues: research in syllabuses, textbooks and teaching process, on one hand and outcomes of learning process, on the other hand; effects of cooperative learning on social climate in class, students’ attitudes towards school subjects, and quality of knowledge; impacts of students’ goals orientation and learning strategies in their academic achievement; ability to understand the language and use it efficiently; cultural and intercultural dimension in curriculum. |
